This story is from another station (Paradise I think), but this story is too cool for yo' rules, nerd! I was a quartermaster with two co-workers, and about four seconds after the round started, one of them ran up to me and said "I have a GREAT idea!" then ran off. I didn't see him again for a while, but I heard over the radio that a quartermaster was breaking into the armory, and stealing crap. Two minutes later, the guy came back to QM wearing full riot armor and carrying a backpack full of guns. He then shoved me to the side, away from the ordering console, and started to order parts for a singularity, explaining that he wanted to make one in QM. I, thinking this really IS a GREAT idea, went along with him and got the crates containing field generators, collector arrays, and building materials off the shuttle. After eight minutes of hard work, duct tape, and fending off security forces, we had assembled the mighty QUARTERLAIRITY! Right before we turned the beast on, I made a sudden realization that we would need radiation suits, but we couldn't find any, so we used the next best thing: Clown and wizard costumes. With our armor on, we mashed the "ON" switch, and the amazing "Quarterlairity" started before us, or rather, two tiles away from us behind a wall of one-thick non-reinforced glass screwed and duct-taped to the floor. It was a grant sight to behold, or at lest until a security officer broke though the wall on the other side of it, got sucked in towards it, hit the field generators, and smashed the glass with his face, causing the room to quickly depressurize and everything to get sucked into the field generators, including a can of heated plasma that we had lying around of reasons unknown, which quickly spread, caught fire, burned out the wires keeping the field generators on, and releasing the beast they once held upon the doomed station. Twas a thing of beauty, and I'm sad that I didn't take any screen shots.
