I see the tank gun as a weapon you would use for a sneak attack, Grab some bombs, then when the round blows the wall open throw in your gernades/bombs/other stuff and open fire.
Also if the anti tank rounds could be used to knock down or disarm more then one person, the unpredictability could be hilarious.
Shoot one guy, hopefully they explode right next to several others, if not then everyone runs away and the poor sap explodes.
Also a antitank gun should be really heavy, so a nuke agent might make use of one on a team, but a lone traitor won't be able to rampage with it too much.
