Tracking anklet

Put it on a traitors arm/leg and use it to track their current location (with names, like "Kitchen").

Why this could be awesome.

It's like a tracking implant, except a traitor could pay someone to cut their Limb off to remove it, or try to blow it off with a pipebomb, or have someone with a sec ID take it off.

Also limbs that have a tracking anklet on could maybe be active if it wasn't too much sprite work. You could send your arm through disposals and convince security you died.

Security could remove it by clicking remove while wearing a sec ID. note that it has to be done by someone else.

For someone who uses tracking implants as punishment (I often teleport to their location and yell "HOME ARREST"), I adore this idea.
Question: Where do you read where the tracking anklet is at? Off a sec computer? Also, I suppose this would give the details just like clairevoyance, so code wise it already exists, so it's really just taking that code, and apply it to a piece of clothing/object.
