Added CheMaster 3000 Functionality

Allow this machine to isolate reagents in inserted containers like a chem dispenser can, being able to isolate reagents is pretty useful in general and we obviously don't want to give botany a chem dispenser. It'd be useful for honey production stuff and also seems like something that fits in with chem mastery.
