No, no, you've got it all wrong. The rocker must be on drugs constantly, or the guitar won't work. Also, due to building tolerances, the rockstar does not actually gain any of the effect of the drugs. Also, instead of aimed, every time the guitar is played, lightning bolts arc out in random directions like the engine.

So you can shoot all the meth, throw on your wig, and rock out constantly spitting out thunderbolts, but as soon as the meth wears or someone tags you with a Haloperidol dart, you're fucked.
