Also, chefs should be able to use their IDs on vending machines to get pro-puffs and discount dan's for free so they can make ridiculous icecream without spending their own money.

Let people with chef access swipe their ID on vending machines so they can freely restock/steal things from the inside. Combined with hacking, this could lead to some fun stuff (a vending machine that hurls pies at people)

Yeeeeessssss. I can just imagine vending machines stocked with evil pies just launching them into the faces of passerbys.
