Hey look, a new awful suggestion from me: Add a mutation called "Big Feet".
It would make you unable to wear normal shoes, since your feet are so big, but you can still wear large shoes, namely clown shoes. Right now, when you wear the clown shoes you will constantly fall flat on your face, stunning you for a brief amount of time, but if you have the big feet mutation, this wouldn't happen, giving clowns the ability to run away from crap without having to worry about tripping.
