If we're going to be able to get tattoos, I vote we also get the ability to cut the sleeves off certain uniforms.
Would be p funny if security officers opted to cut their sec uniform sleeves off, and walk around brig drinking beer and discussing football. and/or steal a prisoner's tat gun to give themselves barbwire tats.
Also shivs should work like razerblades in that buckling someone on a chair/bed/whatever lets you shave their hair off (with some level of brute damage because the blade isn't as sharp) Come into brig a gentlemen and come out with tats, a sleeveless prison uniform, and a mohawk and a sudden need for cat drugs.
Gang rounds could be especially fun.
