This idea came to me because of the new Zip Gun, drug den, and the recent update of the "Constructions" wiki page: I came up with a few more "grunge" item ideas, and believe that they'd fit in pretty well.
Prison Shiv: Glass + Paper + Cable Piece, (Use glass on paper to wrap it in the paper, and the cable on that to bind it), should do damage approximate to the razor blade, and be able to be used to shave people. Maybe let it do bleed damage?
Tattoo Gun: Zip Gun + Pen (Put pen in zip gun as if it were ammo). Also with this, Add tattoos! Could be something as simple as a mustache tattoo or a picture of a clown on your chest. Whatever anyone is willing to sprite.
Auto-Injector: Syringe + Cable + Energy Cell (Wire cable around syringe, attach to energy cell). Works like a one-use hypospray, can only carry five units, but can include poisons.
Also, using a shard of glass (or shiv if implemented) on an orange jumpsuit should cut off it's sleeves, to show off rad tats from the tattoo gun, or allow easier injection of meth.
If someone would be willing to sprite these things, that would be amazing, or I could make some (likely poor quality ones) myself.
