All adminhelps are routed to IRC, so even if adminwho doesn't show anyone online, you should still use adminhelp. That said, nobody gets paid to do this, we've already got about 25~ volunteers there will sometimes be some gaps in coverage.
Murder sprees often turn out to be from traitors or mindslaves - and when they aren't, and we do punish them, we don't tell everyone else about it. I don't mean that as "don't complain" of course, especially not of G4's being really horrible lately... just letting you know that we're often doing stuff behind the scenes.
