Even better if the ciggs aren't labeled as laced.

That'd probably just lead to a million sarin-laced cigarettes scattering the hallways with the more naive crewmembers dropping like flies. People should at least have to put some effort into it. For instance if you make a patch that's 30 synthflesh and 10 sarin, you'll get a synthflesh patch even though anyone who uses it will die horribly. Do that with the cigs. It'd mean a person with a little knowledge could disguise a bunch of sarin cigs as something beneficial, but some joker couldn't trick the detective into eating sarin too easily.

If you eat a floor pill, you should expect to die horribly. Same with floor cigs.
