Currently, as a traitor, I can order 10 packs of syndicools and scatter like, 100 unlabeled cigarettes around the station which will blow up anyone who tries to use one. If you smoke a floor cigarette, or one offered to you by a random yokel, you deserve whatever bad thing happens to you.
