Antique Taser
Price: 6-7
An old style taser, from back when they fired little wire-darts instead of bolts of energy. Also, because this is the Syndicate and the word non-lethal is typically followed by uproarious laughter in board meetings, it has a ridiculously strong power supply and no safety features whatsoever.
A gun, basically. Has infinite ammo but works in a strange way. Only works within a few squares but doesn't really(in game terms) fire a projectile so it can't miss. Click on someone within range and it connects to them, stunning them and knocking them down. As long as the taser stays within range of the target, then the target stays stunned. Upon moving out of range or manually retracting the wires, the target is released and can then start recovering from the stun normally. Additionally, due to modifications made to it, holding the target starts doing nasty things over time as the power ramps up. After holding the target for 10 seconds, they're knocked unconscious. At around 30 they catch fire, at around 60 their heart fails, and at 120 they burn to ash. Most people aren't going to hang around shocking someone for 2 minutes, but they don't have to. With no safety locks, they're free to shoot their target and drop the taser next to them, then come back and pick it up later from the pile of ashes that used to be their enemy.
Pros: It's lethal, infinitely reusable, and can be used to either kill 1 person or permanently stun a small group.
Cons: It's expensive, takes a long time to actually kill someone, and will lose against real guns because it lacks range.
