I don't know how strong bullets are, but it seems to me that stun bulleting someone and then bashing their head in is probably easier then trying to have them bleed out from regular bullets.
I think a next option in totally killing you bullets could be a good idea.
The toxin Bullet.
All the nastiest building ingredients ever put into a bullet, even letting this thing into your skin is probably a bad idea.
The cost of the bullets are high, this could be a detective traitor item, or a high cost traitor item that already assumes you have a gun to use it with.
Shoot someone, poisons the heck out of them, drops them dead pretty quickly.
If someone ever finds the body they know it's a traitor, but if you want to do a murder gimmick, poison bullets are a pretty good way to do that. especially with the new bullet matching cogwerks added.
Alternatively, shoot one person, work quickly and take their body and extract the poisons out of it for other horrible things.
