Remove the suicide verb from the AI

I don't see a reason to get rid of suicide laws. They are very annoying if you're a Borg or AI, it's not like it happens every round or is overtly abused. Plus a good AI can lock most would-be uploaders out of the upload.

Also, as a traitor, a rogue AI is far more useful than a dead AI. Far smarter to upload a "follow my commands" law and then order a mass suicide later, at your convenience.
