Let me get this straight: when you activate the armor... you are unable to interact with anything, you can't move, and it's only a matter of time until the power cell runs out? So it's basically a big, giant "Hey! Stand right beside me with a baton, and wait until this shield runs out so you can stun me! I can't do anything to you, so it's perfectly fine!"

yeah, unless it has an AOE harming type thing around it, the armor would be just as good as hiding in a locker.
