Bucklecuffing positively immobilizes a player, but so does Pull while cuffed, and pull while cuffed can't be abused quite so easily as bucklecuffing. I have seen a few officers who like to move around the office a lot more than I do when questioning suspects, though, so I can see that being OK on the basis of personal preference as long as you don't remove the suspect's radio, which you should never do anyway.
Also, to clarify, I meant flashing someone 2-3 times to make sure they're suppressed while you're doing a transfer to the brig or something. Otherwise they're like "OH HEY I HAVE 2 SECONDS TO MAKE A RUN FOR IT AND PISS OFF THIS OFFICER WITH A REDUNDANT BENNY HILL CHASE" and with almighty God as their witness they're going to run that opportunity into the ground.

If a bomb goes off, I could not possibly care less who set it until I have recovered every KOed man and recovered every clonable corpse. When that shit goes down there is no time to fuck with taking your taser off your belt, taking your tank out of your backpack, and getting set up. You're needed in there - NOW.
Quote:Oh, and the portabrig deserves more love.I'm not sure when it changed, but you can no longer port it back to Sec if it has someone inside and is unlocked. I forgot to lock it a few days ago on my like 8th arrest of the shift and the remote spat out big red scary letters that said I can't send it back with someone inside unless it's locked.
It didn't tell me HOW to lock it so it's still almost as bad, but it beats the hell out of what it was.
