Bottles should shatter after throwing

Shattering bottles on a table has a chance to give you a broken bottle already.  Click on the table with harm intent.

I feel we should also add a chance that it just doesn't shatter at all with a message in chat about how pitiful the attempt was, beer bottles are actually quite durable and could make for some funny moments.

Other than that, it is weird that only cups, pitchers, and plates are shatterable and not other glass objects
