Just a minor annoyance / entertainment law that encourages borgs and the ai to point out silly things to crew, unprompted, or redecorate (crayons, stickers) around certain objects, whilst making the ion law being present relatively subtle so it may take longer to fix.
alternatively, for the more malign, drawing attention to something can be done by tampering, or messing with it, in the case of law 1 and 2 replacements. Who doesnt love disabled APCS and Lights in this day and age.
