I am really a fan to this PR.
First of all this PR has allowed a lot of people that usually plays security to be try the position, i played several shifts last Saturday and all the people that got the position were security players that actually embrace the role and its responsability. As far as i saw all the people playing HoS tried to do a good job. I also had the chance of try the position and from an internal position I think that, a least how it has been implemented, a Rogue HoS cant disrupt a shift anymore thant a rogue captain or another member of command.
If I only had to change one thing of this PR, its to put a minimun requiriment of rounds played in security positions to be able to join as HoS, to avoids people not familiarized with the security working to make their first in security in a position as stressfull and charged with responsability as HoS is.
Said this all, i would like to state that I only play on RP servers, so this opinions are from the view of RP servers.
