I've no doubt you have the skills mechanically to be a competent HoS, and the ability to lead a team. I do have concerns about certain behaviours such as post-round salt and anger in the discord when things don't go your way, especially as an antag, and what feels like a strong tendency to want to Win. Try to keep in mind that it's not about winning or losing, but what makes the round fun for everyone involved, as HoS has a large sway in the flow of things.
