Recolor the power wire going out to the Oshan research outpost

A pretty long while back there was a change made so the power networks of naturally spawned wires were color coded to help prevent confusion and lower the rate of unintentional hotwires. So station grid became red, engine grid orange, etc. I noticed that the undersea cable going towards Oshan science outpost did not follow this and sometimes can unintentionally cause a hotwire on geothermal setups. Would be a nice, simple helpful change.
