Pathology was bad because it was only ever used for antaging, and I dont see what that has to contribute here

then make it better, diseases are cool. the current disease system is really basic though

I do agree that the wait times for syringes feel way too long for what it is, and that they should probably have a shorter time, but I would also like to note that syringes, much like force feeding, allows you to stack action bars on top of each other (click on them with the previous action bar and another one of the same type will run behind it) Mitigating the time for subsequent pulls but not the initial one
