Apparently tooltips/flickering can now be fixed
So wine 11 just came out and I decided to try it out with ss13, turns out it -almost- fixes the tooltips and the flickering:
1. I can now see proper tooltips *most of the time*
2. Chat flickering seems to be gone, or at least I haven't seen it yet.
3. The top left of the screen (where file menu is) shows a small black square that is rather annoying.
I have not tested this enough, nor I have tried to tinker with it yet but it seems to be working much better that with previous wine versions.
