To quantify things somewhat looking at code it takes roughly 18 "meat" for a cloning pod to clone a human and each unit of blood is equal to .5 meat, therefore it takes 32 blood to clone a human. Technically an enzymatic reclaimer works by just adding mostly blood and meat_slurry to nearby cloning pods. Doing the math a non decompositioned human will add 40 meat to a cloner, a fully decompositioned human at stage 4 will add like 4 meat, and someone with stage 2 decomposition will add like 20 meat. A monkey will add 20 meat and each object of meat (includes meat food, most organs, and viscerite) adds 6.15 meat.
I'm still not really sold on this change, I like as a staffie while shit is messed up being able to take over cloning while there's a backpile of 8 corpses (This is admittedly a more classic minded thing) and while I do think cloning needs plenty of changes it feels like there's better ways to do that. That being said these numbers probably need adjusting irrespective of this change so like a fresh corpse is like 25 meat and a fully decompositioned corpse is like 10 that way reclaiming is as a whole more 1:1 corpse to cloned human and also it should take like, 200u of blood or 10 meat to do so.
