HoS Application : Bleeds Lot

Absolutely an easy recommendation from my end. Bleeds has served a very reliable second during my recent play as HoS if I don't have an NTSC on hand, and even before that has kept a solid finger to the pulse of a round while adjusting their Security play accordingly. I think they have a solid sense of how to delegate, as well as where to take charge if bedlam truly comes to the station.
