I have interacted with Bleeds a lot while I have been HoS.
Overall I find them to be a delight to be alongside. I've seen them treat crew fairly and they often ensure Antagonists have fun with their ideas. One piece of advice I'd give anyone applying for HoS is to ensure that communications continue and that means sometimes you have to be the self-designated pillar of talking, though I think Bleeds is more than capable of this already, and to always cryo or take a break when things feel frustrating.
