HoS Application : Bleeds Lot

I've both played alongside Bleeds-A-Lot as another member of Security, and as a bystander and I can say they would make an excellent head of the department. Through my experience, I notice they prioritize a rounds health and overall fun rather than trying to "win" against an antagonist, something I can greatly appreciate and believe is the most important trait for a HoS to have. Alongside this, during particularly chaotic rounds, such as a round on Nadir where the entirety of Security was bombed and left destroyed, I witnessed Bleeds quickly take charge and begin leading and informing the rest of the team, while still taking being able to take moments to build character and interact with others, such as my character at the time Ninnie Bombsky, to help cremate their now dead pet and comfort them over it.
Overall, a great pick for HoS, +1
