Jimmy Novach's HOS application 2. He's back (The man behind the mask)

I only have good things to say to say about Novach, everything has been said here already by others in a far smarter way than i could. Been playing with them many times, always reliable, always good roleplay, always a cool head. Only issue is that 9 times out of 10 i see them they play detective so i can't judge them taking active leadership too well. But by how they communicate and propose plans of actions during times of crisis, i'm sure that too would not be a problem.
