Stupid Rat's Mentor Application :]

My bias is implicit because Rat is a friend, but yeah, I'd be happy to see him as a mentor. He has the knowledge for it and obscure engineering mechanics seem like a blind spot for the current team. Also he's online when most other mentors seem to be offline.

I fairly regularly see him dedicate much of a round to teaching trainees and, despite our characters being close, he has been consistently willing to postpone our RP for the sake of showing a newbee the ropes. That's a good sign.
