I've had the delight of meeting Inhales in many different situations and whether i was a fellow security officer, an antag or just a normal crewmember, Inhales always showed a lot of initiative, dynamism and discernment that made rounds memorable and enjoyable. In Command and security roles, I've seen them control a myriad of emergencies and situations with excellent judgement, that balance between upholding the law but also having leniency is something that they accomplish very well and very naturally as well.
Communication in Security is key and Inhales does a great job at keeping their colleagues posted about current threats and events, I've seen them perform competently during combat while keeping things fun, which I think is also a very important quality to have as HOS. Honestly, if I had to sum up why I think Inhales would make for a good HOS, it'd be their way to keep things fun and interesting for everybody, balancing duty and roleplay. I cherish and deeply enjoy all interactions i've had with them and i think everything said before in the other comments and in their application makes them HOS material. +1!
