I don't think it's a good idea to make borgs be able to do a whole department's worth of stuff on their own

i understand it, but we already can after stealing a console and having someone set it up for us wherever, the issue is that we gotta steal something for that and bother a carbon touch to put the board inside
i'm just asking for a way of doing it that isn't bad for anyone
though i usually don't have quartermasters in the servers i play
