I have a major no opinion on this, and here is why.
First up stun resistance is a MAJOR combat buff, I would argue it's the same or higher then health due to health due to how vital stamina is in combat, and horror form isn't even stun resistant, it just has such high stamina and stamina regen it seems like it, this means it's possible to stunlock horror form with enough stun power (not likely, I've seen 10+ securities attack horror form before), and more importantly it doesn't help block disorient.
Now that I've gone over the diffrences those 2 may have, let's go over why this is a bad idea.
This is a bad idea because regen+changing arm can already almost take out the entire station, and this is only 5 DNA more then leaving horror form, not to mention that horror form drains DNA over time, so your likely going to use more then that 2 combo, to help make horror form worthwhile compared to the other combo, they gave it massive stamina regen and AOE abilities making this way more worth it for dealing with crowds then the 2 combo cause it's near impossible to get stunlocked from all the hitting and of the AOE abilities. To counter being able to kill large groups of people they made horror form not fast, so you can't chase down fleeing enemies because stun resistance mainly is THAT powerful, the other AOE abilities I feel doesn't do much besides maybe the scream.
Now if we gave that same stun resistance buff to base form where your just as fast as a regular human, this would be a nightmare to deal with and people wouldn't even know unless they spend some time around you that your stun resistant, cause there is no visual clues, making this the perfect killing machine (in my opinion) for only 20 DNA, no DNA drain for about 1.5 minutes compared to horror forms 105 DNA for the same amount of time.
TLDR: Mixing this with the changeling arm for 20 DNA points costs 85 points less then horror form for the same amount of time, and is also is argueably the same as horror form due to you dropping the scream and acid for a major speed buff.
