Limit spooktober exclusive jobs to like 3-5 random ones a round

I would be totally fine with this. October is a fun time, but it can sometimes lead to some interesting crew dynamics on lowpop with essential roles unfilled and most Halloween gimmick roles full. It isn’t a HUGE issue, but can make skeleton crews a little more awkward to run as the Pickle and a discount superhero refuse to contribute to the singuloose incident, or something.

That being said, these situations can also be really funny— which is why I think the use of a limit on which spooky jobs are available during October is a fair solution. Still allows for silliness!
