I'm for this idea, things like this that give some live to the round is the reason I love nightshade and while you might need to reduce the amount of antags that spawn becasue they can be quite destructive they can also all talk so it's not like people are going to be forced into combat by the game design (I'm not saying other players won't just mindlessly attack them but that's modern rp for you).
