I'm honestly surprised RICC wasn't already approved as HoS. He does his job very well. I didn't know that Shoots-First-Asks-Later was the same user, but I've worked with them a lot as a security officer, and found them to be strong in that role as well (also the name is hilarious, always gets a chuckle out of me). +1
