Take this with a heavy grain of salt, as I have not seen what Inhales is like on the security side, although, I can say that I've seen very good things on the antag side of the glass. They frequently give leeway when needed and pump the breaks. As a changeling, instead of being met with arrest, I was given a fun chance to monologue and transform into my horror form, turning what should've been a routine investigation into a bloodbath in which he was consumed, but the crew, was victorious.
Reading through the responses given, as well, give me the impression that Inhales is looking to make the game fun for both sides whilst teaching along the way, something that I think is a good quality of a Head of Security. The gimmicks listed would also be amazingly fun to see in round! The part about taking breaks when needed and making the game enjoyable for both sides is also great for me to see, as it's something that I stress a lot myself.
Overall, +1. Make Inhales-The-Coffee into Wears-The-Beret or Eats-The-Pasta! :]
