I don't think this will ever happen as one unified trait, and robot mutant races are also unlikely BUT if someone was willing to make it possible to change your organs in the character creator I would gladly sprite robotic organs which really don't need to have any buffs (as in they work like normal organs). Maybe they could even give you points if they are just as easily damaged by emps, though that is really difficult to balance so maybe just having the emp weakness without giving point is also fine. Emp weakness could also be a trait you pick. 
As for blood colour: I remember this being discusses before and not received really well, so it might be the hardest thing to get added (then again oil blood isn't too crazy a trait considering we have plasma lungs).
