I was daydreaming about what living on a space station would actually be like, and it occurred to me that one of the most common physical limitations of life in space isn't really represented in SS13, which is dealing with a lack of gravity.
Wouldn't it be interesting if there was a random event where the artificial gravity on the station gave out, and everyone on the station level floated around for a minute or two, similar to what happens when you hold an Einstein-rosen loaf?
As far as random events go, I think this would be in line with the rest of the anomalies. It'd also be funnier and more interesting to deal with than, as a random example, having to go into maintenance or a locker for a short period of time.
