Jimmy Novach's HOS application 2. He's back (The man behind the mask)

I can only speak positive of Jimmy, he is fun to have around, he knows when goofing around is okay and when to get more serious, I recently saw him also taking more often a role of command either inside sec or as captain, and he does a very good job at it.
Outside of sec he is also just a nice person to have around or to talk to and do RP with, he is fine when shit goes bad or not the way he wanted and makes the best out of it to keep the fun for everyone up. 
All of these things are very important not only as an HoS but also as a player in general and he is a very good example for it. Solid +1 from me
