Officer Novach had been someone I have seen play security quite a long time. I can personally attest to his ability to commit to security work in a healthy manner (when hes not tasing and taking me hostage for dyeing his hair). In the past I have seen him ask for feedback on his performance which shows a strong desire to improve which is a strong quality to have. I've seen him apply this feedback such what to consider in terms of severity of punishments.
In terms of officer competency I have seen him able to carry out security work effectively often delegating work to others such as detective to xyz location for forensics. This does demonstrate a capacity to lead. Something also to mention while he works he also leave time for bits and gimmicks to still flourish! This has led to him sometimes fall victim to the aforementioned gimmicks which he also takes in stride! I have never once seen him express anger ooc another great quality.
I cannot say I have seen him train recently but I know in the past he has done such but I would personally love to see his current manner of tutoring the officers of tomorrow. I wish I could provide specific comment as to specific instances but truly given my past experiences with Jimmy, I think Burger would be a good fit for the beret.
