Reverting cog1 random engine

I agree with this post wholeheartedly, Cog1 was built for a TEG and the others don't really look the part, singularity has its power consistently cut compared to the other singularity generators, and the nuclear engine often causes confusion (IMO) among new players trying to set it up, combined with the face the protection gear starts INSIDE is not very good for either, because for nuclear you risk gaining rads just trying to get protection, and the same issue also happens with singularity, with the additional hazard that if not brought out, the singularity might eat the protection AND the buster set.
