Human Bodies Cant go in the Enzymatic Reclaimer

Honestly? I'm down to see this added as an experimental change. You can strip people faster when they're dead anyways. It'd be overall a negative for QoL but I hate mulching corpses anyways, especially ones that can't be cloned.

As an alternative, make mulching bodies require MDir access or something to toggle the feature on/off.

(Also, you can easily farm biomass by drawing blood from a monkey - especially if you load it with genes/filgrastim/saline/iron - and just pour it directly into the cloner pod directly)
