Crocs is very knowledgeable. But on top of that, they’re very versatile. In most of my interactions with them, they say “yes”. To a bit, to confronting an obstacle, to piecing something together. These are all qualities of a curious person and curiosity is a foundation of knowledge.
My favorite memory of them is when I syndicate borg’d them. Right out of the gate they took initiative, but in accordance with my wishes. They constructed a voice activated teleporter and spent the round with me kidnapping various crew members. They put their own little spin on it (instructing mindhackees to awaken with a sleeper code) and showed a remarkable but unaggressive leadership within the confines of their orders. It made for one of my most memorable traitor rounds and it took a masterful balancing of role playing, know-how, initiative, and cooperation to pull it off.
Since then, I always look forward to seeing what they cook up. And have always found them to be polite and interested in other players. Definite endorsement from me.
