Ideas of questionable quality

Buff vampires by giving anybody whose bald the ability to *shing, which makes the exact same noise as the vampire flash power but just lets a bald person show off their shiny head for fun

This is the questionable ideas thread, not the good ideas thread. I'd like to actually see this added. Alternatively the ability for someone who's bald to shine a flashlight on their dome to give someone like 1 second of disorient or eye damage alongside the sound.

getting flashed by a bald person should give eye damage too, would be hilarious to be literally blinded by that if done enough times
