Jimmy Novach's HOS application 2. He's back (The man behind the mask)

I've had only pleasant interactions with Jimmy Novach. He handles my randomly generated crimes from the jailbird trait fairly and interestingly (rather than just wordlessly ticketing me and clearing my record), and he'd been great to interact with as an antag. There was that round where I was a spief and, after berating me harshly for stealing people's limbs and poisoning them, gave me a second chance so I could keep moving and making stuff happen. More recently, I was an arcfiend while playing my character who's batshit insane, and as I was arrested, he encouraged my character to take her meds or otherwise get help. Past that point he wasn't particularly overbearing or anything either. He handles criminals and antags fairly, giving them chances to continue antagging and moving the round forward, while playing a character who's awesome to interact with.
Hell, if memory serves I'm pretty sure he's the one who taught me how to play secoff. Overall, great player, great character. I feel that he'd fit HoS well. If I was more articulate, I'd say more.
