Also, when I just went through and looked I saw a ton of stuff that has been implemented already but are still sitting on the main Ideas & Suggestions page.

List any of those threads on my wiki talk page and I'll move them.

As for which threads have good (and not yet implemented) ideas? That is up to the coders to decide.
