In a recent round where I was a traitor and had made a couple syndicate announcements you showed up at the listening post as officer. You played this off as if you were just doing a sweep outside the station and LOOC declared you "needed an in rp reason" and left, perhaps you hadn't noticed where you were or perhaps you realised you really shouldn't have been there but you being there gave you the info that both another traitor and I were in fact traitors. You then later in the shift tracked the traitor detective's security pod to us, likely already knowing where it would be, and got yourself killed doing so. I believe an admin probably had a chat with you about this already but this is really not good behaviour for a Head of Security.
In the same round I had woke up as a heavy sleeper in the brig and while I was asking to be let out promising "No more medical malpractice" you didn't respond, threw a prisoner uniform in the brig chute and ran off leaving the new officer (who had left their belt on the weapons vendor well within my reach as they let me out) alone. I don't know what happened in regards to this new officer after I left for the listening post but based on the fact that you turned up in space shortly after (about 10 minutes) I would say you either didn't teach them or didn't teach them long.
TLDR: Be less meta, give antagonists a chance to crime, and teach new officers when given the chance.
