I've been playing kinda on-and-off recently, so take what I say with a grain of salt as I've only observed a few rounds with you, but I recall you giving yourself AA or asking the HoP to promote you to all-access at the start of the shift in a good handful of the rounds, and checking up on the law rack for seemingly no reason at all.
While I get you want to protect the crew, these are practices that are just kind of unfun if you're an antagonist or a rogue cyborg, and feel a little super-coppy - Imagine managing to escape an officer in a chase, ducking into a room they don't have access to for a chance to rest or get even more distance before they can call the AI, and they walk in right after you, no hesitation, feels bad.
I can vouch that you're mechanically competent, but you need more experience before you're ready for the beret
