Traits for big & small hands, feet and body frame
I figure each would have some benefit, big feet might mean less likely to trip and big hands might mean better grip on things, while small feet could be quieter movement and small hands swifter item interactions
But really, the reason I think this could be interesting is to create more forensic evidence. By default, all uniforms, gloves, and shoes that spawn on station or are created in a manufacturer would be medium sized. However, when someone chooses these traits, their spawn gear will be sized for them. They can still wear medium sized gear, although it will appear tight or loose on them depending on what they picked, or very tight and very loose with some kind of penalty attached if it's one the extreme end.
Maybe there's a way to resize things, like using scissors and a suture on uniforms to tailor them?
